Think about it:
Super Hero:
-Constantly having to thwart a bad guy.
-The pressure is always on to win, and when you don't, everyone loses trust in you and you've let everyone down.
-You need an alternate identity to live in the "normal" world.
Super Villain:
-You can make up your own evil schemes to take over the world. It doesn't matter how crazy they are, everyone will be okay with that.
-You don't have to have a secret identity because you don't live in the "normal" world.
-Everyone expects you to lose, so when you do your reputation isn't lost.
-When you win, you get to take over the world.
It's a win-win situation!!
